Trained in Paris at the internationally renowned Catherine Muller Flower School, we specialise in natural and contemporary floral installations and event floristry. Combining the sophistication and romance of France with the rugged, undulating landscape of Scotland, our organic designs celebrate the beauty of nature. Seasonal and sustainable, we prioritise locally grown over imported materials, working with independent suppliers. Our personal approach to relationship building means we offer an exemplary service to all our clients, private or corporate.
Moved to Paris and trained under the expert guidance of internationally renowned florist, Catherine Muller. Known for her avant-garde approach, Catherine is famous for working with luxury Parisian brands and fashion houses. When we began our career we were lucky to work alongside her, as a floral designer and continued our journey in the City of Light as a freelance florist.
Returned to the UK and launched Ollie & Ivy. Luxury floral designers, specialising in fresh and dried contemporary floral arrangements and installations for weddings and events. Our French, garden style approach celebrates the beauty of nature. It combines the sophistication and romance of France with the rugged, undulating landscape of our home in Scotland
Seasonal and sustainable, our business prioritises locally grown flowers over imported stems, working with independent suppliers.
We also developed our signature range of luxury gift bouquets and started developing our flower workshop programme from our studio in Glasgow.
Established our bricks and mortar atelier and shop in Edinburgh’s Morningside. We began partnering with hotels and venues across Scotland and expanding our weddings and events business. Our client list includes those from across the UK, France, Belgium, Canada and the USA.
We extended our services to include corporate functions and events and were honoured to work at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow.
The Ollie & Ivy Flower School was born! Offering a range of tailormade floral training programmes and workshops for those serious – and not so serious – about flowers.
We also continued to develop our wedding and events business with our intimate and bespoke services. Offering a personal and client-centred approach to our floral services and we were proud to be part of FEMMES – an international flower festival organised by Canadian-based, Fleurs de Villes. Our interpretation of Marilyn Monroe was exhibited at St James Quarter, Edinburgh and featured in The Scotsman.
